Canon believes that green is the colour of the future.
That is why it has dedicated a great deal of time, energy and resources
to ensuring that its products are environmentally friendly. For example,
a research and development centre in Japan has been set up to initiate
worthwhile projects. Areas the company is currently involved in include
solar panels and cleaner manufacturing processes.
A major topic of concern is the conservation
of the planet's natural resources. By developing the toner cartridge recycling
programme, Canon feels it can make a major contribution. As this project
is Canon's responsibility, it has made it as easy and rewarding as possible
for its customer to take part.
